Fu Manchu Lionfish

The Fu Manchu Lionfish is one of the smaller lionfish and can be kept in a 20 gallon or larger tank. It tends to be a secretive fish and may be the most difficult lionfish to keep as some refuse to eat. They will eat shrimp and smaller fish. Larger Fu Manchu may become aggressive toward conspecifics and cannibalism might occur. It has venomous spines, so caution should be taken when working in your tank. Feed meaty foods. May need to use live grass shrimp or feeder fish to initiate feeding.
